pulled pork

    I am smoking a pork shoulder for pulled pork. I need it to be ready to eat Sunday at noon and I dont want to stay up all night cooking it. So I am going to smoke and pull it Saturday. I need to know the best way to reheat without drying the meat out.

    Use a little finishing sauce when you heat it up

    I put it in a crock pot on low with some liquid in it
