Nice looking pork butt, there isn't any thing better then some good pulled pork. What ki d of BBQ sauce do you use?


I do a lot of looking on the Internet for recipes and Smoking-Meat.com is my favorite. The two sauces I used were out of a book called Low & Slow. They were called Not Arthur Bryant's Barbecue Sauce and Not Gates and Sons Bar-B-Q Sauce. I picked those two because a number of guys that came over were familiar with Arthur Bryants and Gates.
