Pulled Pork Q/View. Fantastik!!!

    7# Pork Shoulder:


    Rub:


    Done on the Smoker at 200deg.:


    Double Foil and Towel Wrapped and in the cooler for an Hour:


    An Hour Later and Undressed:


    Pulling Apart and Real Nice Bark:


    Finally Heading for My Belly With Some Slaw

    I agree with those who said you can't have to many pics. Man, that pulled pork looks good! I need some warmer weather here in Ohio so I can make some of my own!

    Jak, Sorry dude, warmer weather is no excuse. I'm only about 50 miles south of ya if you're in Akron. LOL I'm about 10 miles south of New Phila. This smoker here is like the mailman; Neither Rain nor Snow nor Sleet etc. It don't shut down. lol

    I'll be outside when it is 10 degrees and negative 10 with wind chill and a blanket on me AND one on my smoker, just the price you gotta pay for BBQ [​IMG]
