Pulled Pork Garlic Sauce?

    I am planning a BBQ and was thinking about making pulled pork with traditional BBQ sauce, but wanted to try and also make some with a garlic sauce. I have had pork at restaurants (Cuban) and was thinking about something on those line. Anyone have any recipes or have tried something like this?

    Don't have a garlic type sauce recipe but one of my favorite ways to do pulled pork is injecting with garlic juice the night before and then applying a garlic rub.
    Tons of garlic flavor and the only pulled pork I don't put any sauce on.
    Usually do a finishing sauce but not on that.

    That's a great idea. I bet the drippings from the butt, alone, is the perfect au jus to pour back over the meat before serving.
