Smoked over a small amount of hickory and a large amount of cherry mmmgood!!. Guys at work wanted to try some try pulled pork, so I charged them a Donation Fee, the price of the butt and to my smoking foundation and some Kingsford briquettes. They each received 1 butt each.

Thanks for looking

Greenhorn, I built it just for the 22.5 WSM, The measuements are 32"x32"x32"x48". The wood would get hotter with the sun shining on it, I was checking the wood thru-out the smoke. It is treated wood.

Actually, the 32"x32" is not correct, that is from the outside edge of the 2x4, add another 3 or so inches before the heat hits the wood.

Those luck guys at work...
