Hi all, I just want to tell folks about the EXCELLENT customer service I received from PS seasonings. I had a flare -up (my fault) with my AMNPS while doing some ribs. This caused the probe in my PS smoker to melt. I contacted the folks at PS and they were above and beyond what I had ever gotten from customer service. A fellow named Jeff actually sent me a guide through a series of pictures that he had set up specifically for me to change /replace the probe. They had never had a probe melt before so it was uncharted territory for them and me .I can't say enough about the service I received. I will be a customer for years to come with these folks!
