Pro Bowl Beer Can Chicken

  1. Since it's a "warm" 28* here today. Figured I'd grill up a beer can chicken. Cheated a bit and picked up a "beer can chicken" rub packet at the store. A half can of the best beer on earth (Yuengling) sitting underneath it.

    About 2 hours to finish then time for the Pro Bowl.

  4. Just did this one on the gas grill with a foil smoke packet with oak chips. Came out real good, the rub was a little too sweet for my taste. Probably would have been good on ribs.
