Just canning some pickled beets, no eggs. Both of my neighbors and I love pickled beets, so we decided to get a bunch and can them.
I am new to the canning thing and I just received my Canning and Preserving for Dummies book. My neighbors have been canning for a long time. I guess you could say I am the student. They showed me how to pickle fish this spring, and how to make refrigerator pickles. Now this weekend they are teaching me to can pickled beets.

But if you're talking about the Windsor, that is for us to get pickled after we are done.
