Just signed up as a new member, hoping to gain more knowledge about the world of Q. I'll be posting from the great state of Oklahoma (BOOMER) and the quiet little community of Bixby. If you can't tell by my handle, I do most of my cooking on a Hasty Bake, specifically a Gourmet. I actually have 2 of them, courtesy of winning back to back Hasty Bake Owners BBQ Comps. I also have a little HB Portable, but she doesn't get much action, and an old Oklahoma Joe's offset that gets even less action. I'm really just a back yard chef who cooks with one rule: Beer before fire. Anyway....that's me and I'm looking forward to learning and sharing (successes and failures) with anyone and everyone.
