In trying to use up the rest of my pulled pork from the other day, thought I would try some potstickers.
Ingredients:
pulled pork
napa cabbage
scallions
fresh ginger
fresh garlic
gyoza wrappers
Prep done
All mixed up with one egg white for binding
Stuffed and sealed the gyoza, crimped edges, pan fried on one side, added a little water and covered to steam.
Dipping sauce:
soy sauce
chile flakes
sesame oil
mirin
scallions
ginger
hoisin sauce
Turned out good, a lot of work for not much food. Next time I will make big ones with eggroll wrappers.
