No Qview on this, didn't expect to need it! I always grill my tenderloins hot and fast. Earlier today I injected one with Tony Chachere's Garlic & Herb marinade, at 135 degrees I started basting it with Sweet Baby Ray's Raspberry and Chipotle. It worked out phenomonal! Wife and daughter both asked for it to be put onto the "To do again list", son well he just stab it with his fork!
Anyways the flavors really complimented each other and I thought I would pass that along.
