Can someone give me some good tips about smoking a pork loin. Now, I'm not talking about pork tenderloins. I would really appreciate any advice. I am using a propane smoker.
Thanks,

cazorp, there are several recipes for pork loins. Check out my Mahogany Glazed Pork Loin or my Sausage Stuffed Pork Loin. Both have had rave reviews. There are other great tips for pork loins in this forum.

I've tried Dutch's stuffed pork loin recipe and it's really good stuff. I recommend giving that a whirl. I bought a loin from Sam's the other day and pre-butterflied a section of it to be stuffed at a later time. :-)
