Put a load of grub into the smoker today. I injected and rubbed a pork loin and put strips of bacon over it. Will be eating this with Dutch's mahogany sauce. Also made a couple fatties, one with hard boiled eggs, cheese, and peppers and onions, the other with just cheese, peppers and green onions. Whipped up some ABT's with cream cheese and crab meat, and finally a batch of Dutch's baked beans. Have some before q-view pictures will have some more after I pull food out of smoker!

Dutch's mahogany sauce........hhmmm, I missed that one, gonna have to go look it up !!!
 
Here's the results of my smoke on Sunday. Wife thought I was crazy for spending most of the day in the kitchen, running outside to check on the smoker, prepping the food, washing the dishes, etc....You know! The end results were well worth it. i didn't post a final pic of the beans, but they are better every time I pull them out of the fridge. Thanks for looking!
