Juicy Butt smoked over apple wood last night for 12 hours. I woke up smelling it and had eggs, toast and pulled pork, Wow. I rubbed this baby with my homemade rub let sit for 4 hours and then hit it again with rub. Started smoking at 8:30 PM last night and the thermometer said 195 this morning. Two forks pulled it apart with ease. The bark is so tasty and the meat is nice and moist. Another success!
