Pork butt time!!!
In the smoker at 7pm set temp 240f! Going to be a long night by my self. Lol
I have 2 in my smoker for tomorrow also. I have a BBQ Guru on my Big Joe for the first time. I imagine all will go well at 225°.
What's a BBQ guru? Right on so your up all night as well! lol
A BBQ Guru is a pit temp controller.
It has a blower fan that adds air to the fire when needed to keep the temp stable.
It will keep the temp + or - 3 degrees as long as there is fuel to burn.
I've gone 22 hours with my WSM with the GURU without adding any charcoal or wood.
You get a worry free nights sleep.
