I found a place near where I live that will sell pork belly with the spare ribs and skin attached. I understand how to cut it but wonder if $2.50 per lb is a fair price.

I would say its a good price.  I pay 3.49 a lb for just the bacon part of it.

Local place I found that had just bellies was selling them for $4.25 lb. So I would grab some of those.

Thanks everyone, I'm going back tomorrow and get one of those pieces of meat. I want belly meat, I love ribs and will try making pork rinds. I'm not familiar with buying anything with the skin on and that was what was making me hesitate.
