Tried some plum, a coworker brought some in and we cut in in little chips.
made up some burgers with pork & beef and whatever we had for seasoning lots of worch. & cayenne a little to much i think on the pepper. thru em in smoker with the plum and a few coals of kingsford. very interesting flavor in a posative way next time i'll back off on the cayenne a little and i think this will be a hit at work,i hope anyway.
