Does anyone have any experience using fruitless plumb for smoking?  I have used a variety of other fruit woods, but this would be a first for me.

The flavor is milder and sweeter than hickory.

Good with most meats, great on most white or pink meats, including chicken, turkey, pork and fish.

It's all I use on poultry anymore! Has a noticeably sweeter taste than hickory or apple.I think the variety I have is Yellow Plum.
