Hows that for service. My steel is here[emoji]128518[/emoji] but can anyone else notice a problem here? There is actually 3 problems but one should stand out in the pic luckly none is my fault so they have to recut the plates

The problem is that the cc door has been laser cut out... there is no way to roll the plate now. If they supplied the door i could of just tacked it back in place. The cut out is also in the wrong spot

If anyone is intrested my fire box weighed in at 518 pounds. Thats not a typo 518 pounds. Probably need at least 4 people to lift it haha

Jesus! That looks amazing!!

Some pretty serious weight you've got there too. Can't wait to see how the rest will turn out as you've definitely got the skills.

Did you work out a budget for it or more a case of it's something that's gonna last forever? I only ask because I had a couple sheets cut up and I got scared at the price of laser cutting.

Thanx guys for the positive feed back.

If you had to pay your self to make the parts laser cutting works out so much cheaper. However iam not paying myself but iam lazy. I felt like a challenge. I dont have autocad or anything so after i built the thing in my head 100 different ways i hand drew and dimmensioned the parts up. So all i got to do is put a to b and hope they fit. Iam pretty sure they will. My only budget is to do it to what i think is best. But its adding up now... and its still going to work out cheaper then the thin chinese crap they sell here.

Damm took me 2 hours to make the handle. It works really well and i made it to have only 90 degrees movement. I maybe would of liked it mounted 1 inch higher. But where it is now it is impossible to hit your hand on the top vent
