Pickled Polish with Eggs

  1. Had a hankering for pickled polish sausage so i did a quick search, and found a post by Daveomak. thank you dave. Tweeked the recipe to my liking and off i went. boiled eggs, cut up onions etc. 

    The usual suspects

    Cut up sausage and put everything into jars.


    And everything into jars and off for a nap.

    Looks good,was that home made Polish Sausage?I just made some without the eggs

  6. Thank you tropics, no but i wish it was, really want to get into sausage making and i see it in my very near future.
  7. Thank you AL, hardest part is waiting for them to be ready. I got a bad habit of doing that to myself lately. I have cheese in the fridge i smoked 2 weeks ago, on my 9th day of curing loins for CB and now this.
