Pickled me some peppers

    The x-wife gave me some japs and banana peppers.
    i made the rings out of the bananas and halfed and gutted the japs, added 2 clove or so of garlic per pint, didnt get any pics of slicen and packen, just jarred and cooling

    The pepper plants just got happy again now that things ae cooling down, Now I have a project for them. Thanks for the pic!

    sposed to wait 2 weeks before eating, i didnt even follow the recipe to make them, so i will tap them,uuhhh saterday
