So I"m going back and forth about a new grill that I would be using for competition. I have a few designs but they are all stick burning. I have never had a pellet smoker but I want to explore all possibilities when it comes to my comp grill. I'm just not sure where to start with one. Would it even be worth it or is it just way to crazy to build?
