Looks really good Ron, I love pastrami. I have done two of them the first one was awsome. The second was so salty I could not eat it. I do have some friends that salt their salt and they thought it was good. Go figure. I will try it again but will try to soak the salt out of the meat. Again, really nice job.
 
I second the motion for it being a sticky.
I got to try this and don't want to hunt for it later :)

I think the reason for it not being salty is this from their webste.

I guess the best way to know is the fry pan test before soaking. Also if it was already brined see what the label says.
