Pastrami Spread W/mini rye

    Ok, this is the concoction I dreamed up for a St. Patty's Day party were going to tonight. Smoked a corned beef flat coated with yellow mustard, all spice, garlic, and fresh ground pepper @ 225o for about 8 hours. Let is cool and chopped it up kinda course. Added 1 brick of cream cheese, 1/4 cup parm cheese, 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup minced onion, 1/4 cup pickle relish. Mixed it up real good and chilled to stiffen. Spread on mini rye bread slices. Tastes great but looks like an Irishman puked in the bowl.[​IMG]

    That sounds good (or at least it did until you described how it looked [​IMG] ). My wife makes a simlar cheese ball but has always just used store bought beef. Now you have given me an idea. Thanks.
