Pastrami Hash Breakfast...

Santa brought some cast iron pots yesterday.

Santa also smoked some pastrami on Thursday.

I diced up some potatos...

Put is all in the pots and topped with some eggs then back into the oven...

That's a great single serve cast iron pot!
And you sure did it right with some pastrami hash, one of the best things about leftover pastrami!

Seems like I gain 10 pounds a day just looking at all of the Qview on SMF. Personally I think that is the best part of this forum. Like that little cast iron pot. Santa was good to you.

I really like the single serve pots too - Big Al came up with them on his own - what a guy!!!
Fire It Up - the pastrami was made specifically with this purpose in mind.

Santa picked up the pots at Cabela's, they are Lodge preseasoned so I could use them yesterday.
