Thankfully this past Sunday, I had a bit of a craving for stuffed peppers, which is what led me to SMF.. I haven't had them since my gran used to make them, and was wondering if they could be smoked. After an internet search, I found a recipe that sounded pretty good and simple from here and figured I would give it a try. I used some leftover corned beef brisket that I had Along with leftover venison sausage and added a commercial molasses/bacon seasoning. Put on the Keg at 250. Topped it off with a Guinness bbq sauce I had messed around with last summer and finished it with a side salad and cheesy garlic bread. Thanks.
