I hope all is going well. I need huge favor please, I need to learn how to make sausges, smoke meat for a Deli, know  equipment, that are going to be involve. I am looking for someone to train me live, I am located here in San Francisco Ca. I looked online, and I couldn't find anyone. Please do not hesitate to call me

Hey Tony. Welcome to SMF. I would check with your local dept of agriculture about processing any meat into sausage and selling it. There are regulations and liscensing you will need to follow...
