I bought 3 full slabs of St. Louis cut ribs for a cookout tomorrow at our place for 10-12 people. Also got 3 1/2 lb.s of bone on split chicken breasts, a fattie and almonds for apps...

I'm gonna spend all night seasoning it, and then tomorrow is the maiden voyage.
