I have the 34" vertical gas smoker and like it. One contact with customer service was very positive. I'm a happy Smoke Hollow camper!

The local Albertsons carries the other (round) horizontal offset, and it really looks good. I have not seen the one you picture.

I have their electric and have had one excellent customer service contact. I'm still new at the whole thing, but I really like mine and think it's a descent one for the $$$. Until I can afford a smokeshack anyhow...

I've got that exact smoker. Got it for Christmas from Sams Club. Only used 3 or so times ( and only once with thermometers at grate level) so I am working on controlling the temps.
