10" Dutch Oven 1 stick butter 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1 cup milk salt 1 can fruit 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 Melt butter in 10 inch Dutch oven. 2 Mix other ingredients in bowl. 3 Pour mixed ingredients into melted butter and add fruit but do not stir. 4 Place lid on Dutch oven, add coals, and cook until top is brown. This recipe is very versatile and can be altered to most any fruit or combination. I have made this for 500 guests on 2 different occasions.
