A co-worker turned me on this forum, so I joined while my 2 pork butts are finishing up. I've been smoking meat for years, I mainly do a lot of different home made deer sausage, but I also do turkeys, ribs, brisket, fish and pulled pork too. I am an enthusiast, looking to gain consistency and take my beef & pork smoking to the next level. After reading a few of the threads on this site, I think this forum will be a great new tool in my bag of tricks. Oh yeah, I live in central Iowa.
