This weekend Ive got a 6.74 lb Bone in pork shoulder/ Boston butt. I'm also doing a small wild turkey breast. My camera wasn't working last week, so i got new one so i promise QView this time, my turkey is almost done its sitting at 156 degrees, my pork was marinated last night in my amazing rub, and is at 140 deg res currently. ill be posting pics in a few.
