I thought I'd share some pics of the first drum smoker I built using recycled grill parts. I used a 18.5" Weber kettle for the fire bowl, four 4-hole daisy wheels for intake vents, a 22.5" cooking grate and a Weber vent in the lid.
It worked great and held steady temps for over 13 hours in below freezing temps. Hope you like them!

you just had to.......and post a pic from well.....a few weeks back when we had all that snow!!!!!
