Obligatory newbie post

New guy here. Came to check on some recipes, and some other smoking tips/ rub recipes etc.  Not new to forums, or smoking, just new to this site.  I've got a New Braunfel's Bandera vertical, and a Brinkmann sportsman smaller smoker.  I'm from KCMO so barbecue ain't nothing new, but I live in MN so I like to bring the KC flare to my MN friends when I cook for them.
