My name is Gonzalo. I reside in Austin, Texas with wife (no kids).
Late start in bbq/grilling interest at age of 39. Wife wanted to bbq/grill. Done it, now interested in smoking ribs. We are using a Brinkmann Smoke'n Grill. Hope to learn alot from here.

I grew up in Temple , had a lot of road trips to the Capital city. And a heck of a nice time everytime I went.  Party with Willie on 3rd. ST. , went to Hippy Hollow( a lot ) and Barton Springs every summer. Chicks were very friendly...

Welcome from Round Rock, just north of the insanity that is Austin. I'm a noob also, been looking around the site and found lots of useful info and every one seems very welcoming. I;m using a Traeger, just starting to figure it out,

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
