Nice Saturday Shoulder

    Did a Nice shoulder (8ish lbs) on Saturday sat over night with Jeff's Rub) went in with a Fatty (but that is another thread)


    After 10 hours of cooking and then sitting in a cooler all wrapped up over night the bone slid right out.


    All Pulled and ready to eat. Great flavor and moist.
