Still eating leftovers of the pulled pork. Made the finishing sauce too. Man that is good stuff. My wife wants me to try a brisket now. I think she is hooked too. Of course if I'm smoking, she is not in the kitchen, so she likes it. The only trouble I have is finding the time. I work 24 hour shifts will call days in-between. Hate to have something in the smoker and get called into work.
I'll fire something up later this week and post some Qviews!

You need to teach her how to keep it going for you if you have leave. Women smokers are cool. They won't take it from you.
