I'm from Washington State. I'm new to the whole smoking thing. I have a big treager pellet bbq that I normally cook on. Have cooked a lot of different kind of meat on it, turkeys, chickens, pork butts, pizza, tritips, prime ribs, etc... I am currently building a reverse flow smoker. Mounting it on a trailer with cooler, propane, and wood storage. Just want to try something different. Have always wanted to build one and the time finally came. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I will have some pictures up soon on my progress. Feel free to chime in and tell me what you guys think. Thanks again.
