I live in Salt Lake City UT. I work for the U.S.P.S., I sell stamps. I try to go fishing on Sunday and consider myself a member of the church of the 7th day angler. I try to fish 3 out of 4 sundays every month. My favorite fish to fish for are Kokanee Salmon and thats where I started trying to smoke fish. I started with a 3 in 1 smoker from cabela's. I ran out of propane a couple of times, Ive replaced the regulator twice. I tried doing charcol and just could not figure out how to keep the heat at a constant temp. I turned 50 yesterday and my wife bought me a Cajun Injector electric smoker. I am hoping to be able to perfect my salmon and try to smoke some diffrent meats as well.
