Hello all. I am new to the forum. I came upon this looking for Pulled Pork Recipies. My name is Mike. I am from Pittsburgh, PA. I have been smoking for about 5 years or so but only have been doing basic things such as Brisket, Turkey Breasts, and Pork Loins via Rostisserie to make "skinnies". I use the CharGrill smoker with a side box. I use Hickory, Oak, and sometimes Apple wood along with Kingsford charcoal. I want to expand on smoking so I am going to try different things and take advice and hints from these forums. I am looking forward to exploring all your ideas and recipies!!!!
