Well the name explains it all. I was looking for a sauce to try and i came across this sauce on another bbq site that looked good so i decided to give it a whirl. I followed the recipe perfect and mmmmmm was it good, but something was missing....it was missing my twist on things, and since i like to experiment i started adding little things here and there and boy did it come out good, i was very surprised. Here is the recipe how i made it i hope you guys try it and let me know what you think, also add your twist to it and let me know and i would love to try it your way also. Im sure this is just another great way of making some good sauce. Cant wait to throw it on ribs tomorrow. qview will be up and running tomorrow so i can show you guys. Recipe follows:

2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon ginger and cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon lowrys
3/4 cup tamarind juice
1/2 cup coke
1/2 cup apple sauce
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup dark molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon teriyaki.....mix everything in a skillet and simmer till desired thickness, i simmered it for a hour. enjoy.

I know thats alot of stuff in it but i dont care it turned out good

It sounds pretty good I like some of the combonations you have working there. Dan lowry's is a brand of season-salt or season-all.

Thanks. It has been in the fridge all night and now the flavors have combined even more, cant wait to throw it on some ribs.
