Hey, all!  I've been interested in really getting into smoking for quite some time.  I had an old vertical water smoker (charcoal) that a friend had given to me, but I had a heck of a time keeping the temperature right.  While walking through Lowe's (buying a rake) I noticed a Master Forge Dual Door smoker that had been returned and was marked down to $75, totally complete.  I couldn't help myself and picked it up.

I have only used it a couple of times (brats and the bacon wrapped chicken breasts) and I have been happy so far.  I have a slab of beef spare ribs that I'm planning on doing next.  Anyway, I can't wait to peruse these forums and see what all I can learn.

Thanks!
