Hello my name is Danny and I want to become a smoking master. I've been charcoal grilling for about 2 years but now I have caught the smoking bug. My wife bought me a non Weber bullet style mixer. The name of it slips my mind as I write this. I started on my smoker smoking hot links then went with a small 3lb pork butt just to get my feet wet. Both turned out better than I expected. I however forgot to take pics. I will be asking lots of questions so please be ready. I live in the town of Muskogee, OK. Thank You.
