St. Peters Mo.
Jay here from St. Peters Mo.  Just bought my first dedicated smoker, a Masterbuilt Duel fuel from Home Depot. I have been grilling with a Chargriller Duo for the last 2 years and never had great success with trying low and slow so I thought I would try the Masterbuilt. Tried breaking it in with some good old St. Louis pork steaks and it was probably the best pork steaks I have ever made.   Planning some Ribs tomorrow along with some wings that I just picked up from Costco. Hopefully all goes well I have never made ribs before! After reading through a ton of the forums here I think all will go well.
