I've been smoking with wood and charcoal for a few years on a Chargriller.  Just got a vertical propane smoker for my birthday and am looking forward to trying it out.  Hoping to find some great advice here and start doing some serious smoking!

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those little "pesky" rules before plunging into the forums. It's just a reminder of what to do and what is sort of a no-no here.
