Newbie from MN

    I need all the help I can get. It would be nice to have some home-made rubs not alot of salt.. I have a 33" Master Build Smokehouse Elc. I have done a bone-in pork butt it turn out super. Bone-Chicken Beasts also super. Bought a papa john's pizza put it in for two hours not bad tell what I did wrong. I want to try baby-back-ribs. I would to get some smoking under mt belt.[​IMG]
