Hi my name is Rich and I'm from Michigan. I am new to the forum and new to smoking meat. I don't have a smoker as of yet I'm using the gas grill with a dual electric burner inside, with a pie tin with wood chips. I'm going to fire it up tonight. I bought a 7lb brisket a 6lb butt and a rack of baby back ribs. I will probably experiment on the ribs first. Wish me luck!
