Hi everyone. Been visiting this site since I got my MES back in the summer and just now decided to join (sorry). Anyway, I've done some experimenting with baby backs, done a brisket flat and some pulled pork and also tried a baked beans recipe I found on here - all with much success due to the postings on this site. I'm just now starting to get a good feel for cooking temps, times, different types of woods, etc - all the things that make this "hobby" so much fun. Glad to finally become a member and keep up the great work! P.S - a Philly cheesesteak or breakfast fattie is next on the horizon...:grilling_smilie:

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a cold and rainy day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
