Hello, I am new to the forum but I have been lurking around for about a month and I have learned alot from everyone. I have a vertical ecb and I have only smoked chicken leg quarters so far because I can get a 40lb case for $15 and it is a cheap way for me to learn my smoker. I smoke the chicken 10lbs at a time after I brined them. The flavor is outstanding and I will use some of it for a meal and the rest I take off the bone and chop up. I make some bbq sauce and then its BBQ chicken sandwiches for a few days.
Thank you for this site and all the helpful information. I know I will need your help in the future because I have a whole boneless turkey and some Kobe ribs in the freezer.
