I use a dual fuel Masterbuilt cabinet. I like the simplicity without giving up the fire. I also use a barrel style with a wood side box. Once or twice a month I fill it up with all kinds of meat(on sales of coarse) and share with my grown kids and their families. Just finished 15 lbs of bacon half black pepper and half maple flavor with apple smoke. I live in Spartanburg, SC married 35 years and I joined the site to soak up more information.
